Perfect stay for families

The hotel is amazing, it's really all inclusive as it's published, at any time of the day you can eat and drink. I want to thank Media for her help booking the a la carte dinners in a short notice, with a smile and patience -you are amazing! Also the hotel is easy to travel with a stroller - everything is accessible which is really good when coming with babies. We will sure to return! I loved the little kids pool and the kids club and facilities - it was really great for my kids (2 & 4 years)

The pools were really cold so we couldn't enter ( the kids got into the kids pool which was also really cold but they are kids :) ) but it's off season (October) so it's makes sense.

Our room was beautiful, comfortable and clean . We had a private terrace with our own private pool which we loved. The staff were very friendly and evening entertainment was varied so something for everyone. Several restaurants to dine in, we enjoyed every meal we had. Perfect relaxing week.

It was a bit hard making reservations for the hotel restaurants. In addition, the food was good, but not great.

A Perfect Blend of Comfort, Relaxation, and Fun-Filled Activities

We had an amazing stay at Princess Andriana Resort & Spa! The hotel and its facilities are high-end, and the attention to quality is evident everywhere. We stayed in a Deluxe room with a pool view, and everything from the room itself to the stunning balcony view and convenient location within the resort exceeded our expectations. The staff made our experience even better – everyone from the reception team to the bartenders, waiters, chefs, lifeguards, and housekeeping was incredibly professional and welcoming. The animation team was a definite highlight, with their friendly and engaging personalities making the various sports programs and special events, like sunset yoga and the Greek cooking class, extra fun and enjoyable. The beach, though on the smaller side, was the cherry on top. The crystal-clear water was perfect for snorkeling, and we loved spotting the fish (tip: bring a snorkeling mask!). Overall, we had a wonderful stay that was both relaxing and full of fun moments. Highly recommended!

If we had to mention one minor drawback, it would be the food in the main restaurant. While there’s plenty of variety and something for everyone, some dishes didn’t fully hit the mark for our personal taste. However, the à la carte restaurants, especially Moonlight, were absolutely fantastic.

Exceptional

Amazing Hotel. We really enjoyed our 1 week stay. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Helpful and very friendly staff. Food is ok, but not 5 stars. I was really missing seafood. However we liked Moonlight restaurant, top notch. Beach is very beautiful, clean and plenty of sun beds. In the beach bar you can get drinks and snacks. Animation team 10 over 10. Many sports activities and evening shows were superb. Overall I can definitely recommend the hotel.

Sun beds next to the pool is a big issue. At 9 am it is already hard to find one. Even due swimming pool officially opens at 10 a.m.

A truly memorable experience!

The manager at reception named Medea was excellent! She was wonderfully helpful and did everything to secure us a reservation at the Moonlight a La carte restaurant when they were full. The entertainment staff were amazing and the evening shows they performed were above and beyond in terms of talent, humour, choreography, variety and quality. Truly impressive to say the least! And they each made such an effort to welcome guests by the pool and invite us to the various fun activities. The facilities of the hotel were very good and the grounds were beautiful. Variety of fresh quality food was also very good!

It was a little frustrating that the depth of the main pool was 1.5m throughout. Although our kids are good swimmers, they got tired and so it’s not an ideal depth to play pool games easily or simply chill in the pool comfortably. The umbrellas were a safety hazard as often the wind would blow one or two completely over. The buffet restaurant was good but I would recommend sitting outside as the inside had a busy canteen feeling. It’s a shame that the gym only opens at 8am. I would have liked to have the option to workout earlier while hubby and kids were still sleeping. Surely the hotel could easily offer this by accessing the gym with the hotel room key?

Very Good

The animation team s very good. There is a small shop, play room with some arcades, ice hokey.

Near the pool could not find some place, very hot there. Need to go to the beach through the tunnel. Clean service could not clean the vomit near the lift hole evening until the morning.

Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing - we didn’t encounter any issues!

Food quality and variety was amazing! Far exceeded expectations. And the staff working in the restaurants were very kind and attentive. Room was very spacious, much bigger than the picture made it seem. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom amenities were very thoughtful (even including a shaving set). I would also note that the hand soap and shower gel smelt amazing. The daily cleaning service was perfect.

The spa could be improved (it did feel outdated in comparison to the rest of the hotel) and the gym equipment could be updated, also. However both of these amenities were of good standard and definitely not a negative! There’s just room for improvement.

Excellent hotel.

Hotel, grounds and room were fantastic. Great beach too.

Disappointed with the food on offer at the buffet across Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner… just didn’t feel as good quality or as tasty as we have had far at previous all inclusive hotels across Greece and the Balearics.

Beautiful and cozy place, lovely beach, excellent service and bad food.

The hotel was great, clean, beutiful and didn't feel too crouded even though it semed full.

The food in the main dining room was very varied but of extremely poor quality and not tasty. At the Moonlight restaurant it was excellent and at a high level. The Italian restaurant was fine, nothing more. Bottom line, except for the Moonlight restaurant, the food was not good.

It was an excellent family vacation! Beyond our expectations.

The breakfast was delicious and varied. There were several options for vegetarians and vegans as well. Fresh vegetables every morning, and omelettes that are prepared on demand. A wide variety of sauces, dishes and desserts, even tahini (my wife can't eat a salad without it) The animation team was amazing! every night was a great show, we were very entertained. The resort has many activities to offer so you don't get borried. The SPA is superb! and overall we left with a willing to stay and return.

As vegetarians, the types of vegetables and the salads made up of them repeated themselves every day, almost without variety with relatively few options, compared to the other dishes and desserts which were varied. We felt that they could definitely improve on this and prepare more varied and richer vegetable-based salads.

Nice

The staff is really nice, food is good with choices for everyone. I like that they serve wine directly from the bottle so they don’t mix it with water like I experienced at other all inclusive resorts. The bars have a lot of cocktails to choose from. The pool area is not crowded (and we stayed here in july). The beach is really near and the water is nice and clear. Overall a very nice place with good service.

There was too much humidity in the room. The bed felt filthy because of this. Although we knew the sheets are clean, we couldn’t sleep because they felt wet. There was a really bad smell outside wich I think it comes from the sewage and we couldn’t open the windows because of it. The smell and humidity really ruins a lot as they are disturbing, almost unbearable. The pool is 1,5 m deep everywhere. I didn’t like the location at all. There is nothing to do in Kiotari in the evening, only 5-6 shops. No life on the streets.
